Secure a dedicated team tent at the Event Hub for your bike shop, mountain bike club, or group of friends to use as a community base for the weekend. This space is for gathering and socialising—NO commercial activities, including retail sales, giveaways or business/brand promotions are allowed.
All sites are booked for the full three days of the festival, which runs from October 24-26, 2025. Please ensure you can adhere to the strict bump-in schedule.
