Competition Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Win a Scott Roxter Kids Bike” prize draw. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter & Permits

• The Promoter is Rocky Trail Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 50129217670).
• This competition is a game of skill. 
• The total prize pool value is $2700, and as such, is a trade promotion. As the competition is a game of skill and it does not require permits across Australian jurisdictions.

2. Competition Period

• The competition closes at 11:59 AM AEST on Sunday, 25/10/2026.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.  
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, as well as any agencies or companies associated with the promotion, are ineligible to enter.  

4. Prize Details

• The total prize pool is valued at $2700 (RRP).
• The prize pool includes one of the following items:
  • Scott Roxter 600 valued at $1000
  • Scott Roxter 400 valued at $900
  • Scott Roxter 200 valued at $800
• Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other goods or services.  
• Prizes do not include firearms, tobacco products, or cosmetic surgery, as these are prohibited prizes.

5. How to Enter

• Entry is free.
• The method of entry will be via an online form on the Sea Otter Australia Website, which requires participants to provide details:
  • Confirm 18+ age
  • First and Last Name
  • Email address
  • State
  • Answer the question: “Tell us in 25 words or less about what your child or families favourite trail is and why”
  • Select where they saw the competition (Google, Facebook, Insta, Email newsletter, Bike Store, Wort of Mouth, Other)
  • Agree to Terms and Conditions.

6. Winner Selection & Draw Details

• The winner will be randomly selected each day and anounced at the Scott Bikes tent. 

7. Winner Notification & Publication

• The winner will be notified in writing within two business days of the draw.  

8. Unclaimed Prize Draw

• If the prize is not claimed by 14 November 2026, a redraw will take place at the Rocky Trail Entertainment Pty Ltd offices at 12 Wattlebird Way, Malua Bay NSW 2536.  
• The redraw will occur on Saturday, 15 November 2026, at 10:00 AM AEDT, from all remaining valid entries.
• The winner of the redraw will be notified in writing within two business days and their name will be published in the same manner as the original winner.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.  
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent a person from entering the competition.  
• The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by any person in connection with the prize draw.
• The promoter must keep accurate records of the lottery, including all entries, prizes, and winner details, for a minimum of 12 months, or as required by law in relevant jurisdictions.  

10. Privacy

• The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to administer the competition and notify winners.
• All competition entrants names and contact details will be shared with Scott Sports. 
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants agree to the collection and use of their information for these purposes. Entrants can request to have their personal information removed from the Promoter’s database at any time.  
• By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
