As GM of NICA Australia, Mark is focused on building awareness and strengthening adult engagement to support the growth of youth mountain biking across the country. Through an inclusive, team-based approach, they aim to help adults—parents, volunteers, coaches and community members—understand the value of mountain biking in developing confidence, character and a lifelong connection to the outdoors for young people.
