Crossworx Cycles

Crossworx Cycles, founded in 2019 by mechanical engineer Chris Reichling and gravity racer Kevin Dewinski, is a German bicycle manufacturer based in Rudolstadt, Thuringia.
The duo met while studying at the Technical University of Ilmenau. Both developed their expertise while working and racing for Nicolai Bicycles, a brand known for its progressive aluminum designs. Motivated by a desire to bring their own design visions to life, the pair launched Crossworx to hand craft bikes that feel at home on challenging terrain while pushing riders’ boundaries.

The central pillar of Crossworx is a strong dedication to 100% German engineering and manufacturing. By fabricating their frames in-house from high-grade 7020 aluminum alloy, they minimize logistics chains and maintain exceptional quality control. Local sourcing allows Crossworx to iterate quickly in response to rider feedback and shifting trends.
Crossworx strives to combine functional engineering, characteristic raw aesthetic details, low centers of gravity, and ultra-steep 79° – 80° seat angles – with the performance demands of modern trail riding and gravity racing. Wheel sizes on the trail and Enduro bikes can be switched between full 29” and mullett via replaceble drop outs.

The core bikes in the Crossworx range includes:

The Dash: As the brand’s debut enduro race bike, the Dash is engineered for the world’s most brutal trails. It features a linkage-driven single-pivot layout delivering 160 mm of rear wheel travel paired with a 160–170 mm fork. Built for pure downhill speed without sacrificing uphill pedaling efficiency, it features a signature steep seat angle for a relaxed seating position and maximum power delivery on climbs.

The Lite: Designed as a quick and highly maneuverable trail bike, the Lite scales down the suspension travel to 135 mm on the rear and uses a 140 – 150mm fork. It retains the distinct aesthetics and low center of gravity of its larger sibling the Dash, but utilizes lighter, butted tubing and a slightly steeper head angle. It serves as a versatile, do-it-all option for flow trails and technical singletrack.

The Pace: Representing the company’s full-power e-MTB, the Crossworx Pace is an aggressive enduro machine built around the Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 750W peak power and 120NM torque. You cn choose between a 600wh or a 800wh removeable battery. Generating 160 mm of travel, the Pace introduces a reversed, “pushrod” single-pivot linkage engineered explicitly to handle increased e-bike loads, delivering maximum uphill thrust and downward stability. It maintains the signature steep seat angle and a complete bike can weigh under 24kg.

The Trip: The Trip is the Crossworx’ mid travel light trail e-MTB. Equipped with the lighter Bosch SX motor system, it produces 140 mm of rear travel. The Trip is optimized for modern trail and all-mountain riding, balancing a natural ride feel and agile handling with the subtle boost of electric power.

The Ride280: Showcasing the brand’s mountain bike DNA, the Crossworx Ride 280 is their aggressive, all-round gravel and adventure bike. Instead of a traditional, fragile road-race approach, it features robust aluminum tubing designed to tackle rugged forest paths and bikepacking journeys, providing cross-terrain versatility for riders who want to explore their off-pavement boundaries.
