Fox Superflow Format
4 Timed Stages, 5 Runs, Fastest On Each Counts!
Fox Superflow’s are designed to be fun, social and rewarding, with trails designed to allow all ages and abilities.
- 4 seperate stages with un timed liaisons in between
- Choose your order and complete 1 run on each of the stages to get a placing
- Ride each track up to 5 times (20 Total Runs)
- Racing is spread over Saturday & Sunday, you register for what day you want to race
- Saturday & Sundays results are combined with top 3 in each category awarded podium
- Racing starts at 8:00 am and you have till 2:00 pm
- Stages are an average of 2-3 minutes long
- Return to the race village at anytime for food, support or to rest!
- The fastest time on each race track gets added up to the final result across skill and age group classifications.
We recommend that all riders wear suitable body protection including a full face helmet it they have one (not obligatory)
Bosch eOtter MX Format
4 Rider Head To Head, Multiple Obstacles On Short Track, Fastest Moves Forward!
The race course will be approximately 500m long and consist of technical features with multiple line choices.
- Features will be spaced making it almost impossible to exceed 25km/h.
- Start area will be 4m across (Min).
- Each Moto (Individual Round) will consist of 4 riders racing head to head.
- Riders will be seeded into first round Motos based on Race Directors discretion.
- The Race Director may use results from Rocky Trail races, state and national championships, coin toss or date of entry.
All riders must wear suitable body protection including a full face helmet.
Knockout Rounds
- At the completion of the first round of Motos, riders will progress to Round 2 so a Round 1 Moto winner will not compete against another Round 1 Moto winner.
- At the end of Round 2 Moto, riders will progress into Round 3 based on seeding from the first 2 Moto rounds.
- At the completion of Round 3 the top 8 (or 16) riders will be seeded into the knockout rounds. If there are multiple riders with the same results (i.e. same pts) an extra qualifying moto may be staged.
- In each knockout the first 2 riders progress to the next round until there are four riders left who will compete in the final.
Smith Optics Enduro Format
10 Epic Stages Over 2 Days With Scheduled Starts & 1 Run Per Track
The Smith Optics Gravity Enduro promises to be Australia’s Biggest Gravity Enduro Event of 2025!
- 10 seperate stages on Mogo Trails most challenging, black and double black trails
- Racing starts at 8:00am in category waves
- Dedicated start times for each rider
- Racing is spread over Saturday & Sunday with 5 stages to complete on each day
- Course maps will only be published 24 hours prior to the event
- All 10 stages must be completed with one run on each track only
- Start and finish each day from the festival venue at Hanging Rock
- Penalties for riders that don’t make their allotted stage start times
All riders must wear suitable Australian Standards body protection including a full face helmet, knee & elbow pads.
Ottercross Format

Thule Marathon Format
Epic XC Marathon With Up to 3 Laps of a 28.5km Loop on Mogo Trails.
Race the Thule Marathon at Sea Otter Australia on Mogo Trails, with a mass start into an awesome loop in this brand-new network; race up to 3 laps before returning to celebrate at the Event Hub.
- Lap based cross country event on a 28.5km / 750vm course
- Mix of single track, flow trails, fire trail and gravel roads within the Mogo Trail network

4 Timed Stages focusing on skill, endurance and speed
Australia’s largest Schools Mountain Bike Racing Series launches junior racing at Sea Otter Australia in style with 3 dedicated tracks on the Mogo Trails Network
- Open to Primary & Secondary School students from year 4 to 12
- Competition will consist of 4 timed stages with untimed liaisons
- Tracks have been designed to test a variety of skills, including endurance, speed and technical ability.
- Riders may ride each timed section up to 5 times on each track with their fastest time counting.
- Combined best times will be combined for the overall result for each rider.
- Riders earn points for school on each track
- Bonus points awarded for 1st to 5th on each track
- Overall Champion School awarded

Otter Airtime – Airbag Skills Coaching Format
- This is a skills coaching session conducted by PMBIA Level coaches
- 4 sessions are available on Friday, Saturday & Sunday (see schedule below)
- Each session is 90 minutes long
- Sessions capped at a maximum of 12 riders (coaching ratio 1:6)
