SEA OTTER IS FOR EVERYONE
Sea Otter Australia is bigger than racing. We are launching the Southern Hemisphere’s first and only edition of the world’s largest cycling and mountain bike festival, modeled after the iconic 30-year-old Sea Otter Classic in California.
Organised by locally based cycling events promoter Rocky Trail Entertainment, SOA is explicitly a “participation first” event, uniquely blending competitive cycling, massive industry exhibition, and a comprehensive consumer-focused festival experience.

Our team captures every moment – Sea Otter Australia engages a dedicated media team focusing on comprehensive coverage of the cycling festival. This crew is geared up to capture the energy of Sea Otter Australia for the world to see!
It includes:
- Our Marketing Director Juliane Wisata will lead the team with support from a line-up of assistants to help coordinate content.
- The four full-time photographers are the festival’s visual storytellers, embedding themselves everywhere from the gnarliest race courses—snapping those breathtaking editorial and rider action shots—to the lively event hub, making sure not a moment of excitement is missed.
- Backing them up is the full-time videographer (on site Friday through Sunday), who’ll be turning the whole weekend into a motion picture, capturing high-octane racing and the vibrant community feel.
- Our dedicated social media content creators are on constant alert, turning key moments into real-time, shareable buzz.
It will be SUCH a vibe! And contributing to bring that signature “Sea Otter” energy and atmosphere will be our line-up of commentators and MC’s!
Sea Otter Australia provides complimentary EXPO ACCESS tickets and Media Accreditations for media representatives and content creators. These tickets will get you access to the expo-area during Sea Otter Australia in 2026.
